Weekly Maintenance Package - $270/yr
Many businesses need to update items on their website, such as online specials, on a weekly basis. The Weekly Maintenance Package provides for one weekly maintenance session up to a maximum of 15 minutes, which is adequate for most simple text updates.

Weekly time sessions are NOT transferrable to the next week. Any updates requiring more than 15 minutes in length will be billed at an hourly rate of $30, with a minimum charge of $20 for up to 30 minutes. Payment is required upon entering into maintenance agreement. Any additional fees are payable upon receipt of statement from Computer Business Services.

This package provides for up to 12 hours of maintenance per year and saves you $90 over the Pay as you go option!

Monthly Maintenance Package - $150/yr

For those businesses that don’t require updates on a weekly basis, but do need to keep information current on a regular basis, the Monthly Maintenance Package provides for one monthly maintenance session up to a maximum of 30 minutes.

Monthly time sessions are NOT transferrable to the next month. Any updates requiring more than 30 minutes to complete will be billed at an hourly rate of $30, with a minimum charge of $20 for additional work taking up to 30 minutes to complete. Payment is required upon entering into maintenance agreement. Any additional fees are payable upon receipt of statement from Computer Business Services.

This package provides up to 6 hours of maintenance per year and saves you over $30 over the Pay as you go option!

Pay As You Go Maintenance Option - $30/hr

Not quite sure what maintenance package is best suited for you? The Pay As You Go package is based on an hourly rate of $30 per hour, with a minimum charge of $20 for any maintenance work taking up to 30 minutes. Time from one pay as you go session is not transferable to the next session. Pay as you go maintenance requests are not given priority over requests from clients who signed up for the Weekly or Maintenance packages. Payment is required upon request for service. Any additional fees are payable upon receipt of statement from Computer Business Services.

Computer Business Services reserves the right to not upload any updates to websites for which payment has not been received, regardless of the maintenance option chosen.

Computer Business Services defines “website maintenance” as updates to text content and simple image changes. Development of new website pages or additional java scripting is NOT considered maintenance work and will be charged at an hourly rate of $30, with a minimum charge of 1 hour.
